What is Pgglobal?

Pgglobal is an online payment processing company that handles the billing for restricted pay sites.

If I have a billing problem, do I contact you or the billing company?

Please contact Pgglobalif you have any problems or concerns with billing issues. They have a great support staff and are able to handle questions by email or phone. Please see their web site for more details:

Am I going to get rebilled?

Just if you sign up for one month; the three month membership does not have this feature. You can cancel the rebilling feature at any time by visiting Pgglobal's web site (see above). Please note that this only cancels the rebilling feature; you will still have access to our site for the full term of your membership.

So what about your own billing system?

This is a good choice if you are having problems with Pgglobal. The only drawback is that we don't have an automated system and it will generally take 24 hours to set up your account.

What happened to Lancelot Security?

Lancelot Security, our former billing company, has unfortunately gone out of business. Lancelot members will continue to have full access to the site until their membership expires. One month memberships will not be renewed.
